Senior Manager Training

What Will You Do?

The Training Sr. Manager works with the Director of Training and Development and business leaders across Florida/WI enterprise stores to identify and drive key areas of learning opportunity in the retail environment. This position manages and oversees successful onboarding and continuous education of new and existing store personnel. The Training Sr. Manager follows direction for the planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of training programs that support and increase employee productivity and capability as well as organizational effectiveness. This position drives the continuous improvement of training programs for Florida/Wisconsin market sales associates (RSA), Sales Managers, Store Managers, and various store support functions. At the enterprise level, this position will assess and prioritize areas for improved efficiency productivity and development, in partnership with RDs and store leaders as well as learning and development leadership teams. The Training Sr. Manager will ensure that the programs are being implemented and executed in stores. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring consistency of program execution to ensure alignment across the enterprise organization.


  • Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions. Provide direction for the retail training function by partnering with store leaders, to identify and respond to retail associate learning needs across FL/WI market.
  • Partner with other teams and leaders to leverage best practices and drive organizational initiatives.
  • Participate in the research, development, and continuous improvement of training programs and curriculum for new and existing store personnel, in collaboration with business partners.
  • Drive implementation of training processes in stores while providing feedback and progress. Work closely with On-Boarding & Re-Training Manager to ensure consistency in the delivery of training programs.
  • Provide feedback to the Content Development Manager to ensure content is being developed to meet the needs of the business.
  • Visit stores within designated areas regularly while auditing store leadership training practices to ensure standard in-store training procedures are being adhered to.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, regular individual employee meetings, coaching, training, and company-offered learning opportunities.
  • Additional responsibilities include assisting with the New Leader Onboarding Program at their respective location. The Senior Training Manager will need to follow up with each new Ashley Leader to ensure they have received the New Leader Onboarding Guide and answer any questions.

What Do You Need?


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • 3-5 years of Experience in Retail training and Development or Retail management preferred
  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation: Annual Salary = $75,000 - $95,000 plus bonus. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
