Role - Employment Litigation Attorney

??Oversee and manage complex employment litigation cases from inception to resolution

?? Develop and implement effective defense strategies in employment disputes

?? Provide expert legal advice to clients on employment law issues

??Prepare pleadings, motions and briefs for court proceedings

?? Represent clients in hearings, trials and mediations.

?? Work closely with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients

Requirements

??Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

??Admission to the State Bar

??5+ Years of experience in practicing Employment Litigation
