Position Overview:
Sierra Glass is seeking a dedicated Receiver to join our glass warehouse/ manufacturing team. The Receiver will be responsible for managing incoming shipments, inspecting materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving Shipments: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of glass and related materials.
• Transport materials and product safely between locations.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect materials for damage, defects, and accuracy against packing list.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems.
• Organization: Organize and store materials in designated storage areas.
• Communication: Coordinate with internal teams including the purchasing supervisor to resolve discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during receiving and storage operations.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately count and inspect materials.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials.
• Experienced forklift driver
• Clean drivers license
