Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Attorney at Sargent Law, P.C. The role entails handling day-to-day tasks such as preparing and filing legal motions, representing clients in court trials, conducting depositions, and providing expert legal counsel. While the role is primarily located in Dallas, TX, some flexibility for remote work is available.
Qualifications

• Law skills, including knowledge of legal procedures and regulations
• Experience in handling motions, court trials, and depositions
• Strong understanding of court procedures and trial advocacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission
