We have a great opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join our tightknit team! This individual will be responsible for client servicing support for an independent investment advisor team located in Philadelphia, PA. Our ideal candidate has some back-office experience supporting financial advisors in a financial planning and/or brokerage environment. Applicant must be self-motivated, detail oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills. All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare account opening paperwork.
- Perform ongoing maintenance on documents for clients (i.e. account applications and transfer of assets paperwork).
- Provide general administrative support to in the areas of investment advisory and financial planning.
- Assist in meeting preparation materials for advisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, experience can be considered in lieu of
- Administrative experience processing detailed information required
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel required.
- Minimum of 7 years of back-office experience supporting financial advisors in a financial planning and/or brokerage environment preferred.
