The Data Analyst will play a critical role in building an interactive user interface by bridging data insights with user needs. The data analyst will be responsible for systematically processing and performing statistical analyses on data sets to enhance customer experience.

The Data Analyst will transform data into structured information, which will then be analyzed to glean insights that drive strategic decision making


The Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with data engineers, developers, and the user community to ensure that user needs are fully integrated into the interactive experience.
  • Identifying and define relevant metrics.
  • Aggregating data across sources and conduct analyses to derive meaningful trends and insights that users need.
  • Developing interactive charts, tables, and graphs using libraries like Plotly, Dash, or Streamlit to create an engaging, Python-based interface.

The following qualifications are required:

  • More than 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, data visualization and/or data science.
  • Deep understanding of the to use of libraries such as Plotly , Dash , or Streamlit to create an interactive dashboard, providing real-time insights and responsive data visualizations.
  • Ability to create and integrate interactive elements like dropdowns, sliders, and filters, enabling users to customize their view of compliance metrics.
  • Skills to conduct usability testing of visualizations and components, refining designs to ensure they convey insights effectively and can handle real-time data changes without compromising performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
