Our client is seeking a proactive leader to spearhead process design and implementation, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Your objectives:

As the Process Engineer, you will be measured against the following objectives:

1. Lead process design initiatives to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
2. Provide mentorship and training to less senior staff on best practices and process design.
3. Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and contribute to the development of GMP documentation and operator training.

What you will do:

As the Process Engineer, your duties and responsibilities will include:

· Lead the completion of Process Safety information and participate in Process Hazard Analysis. · Design projects to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

· Generate GMP documentation and lead operator training sessions.

· Monitor and manage process performance, making necessary improvements. · Conduct product changeovers, prepare cleaning instructions, and oversee setup operations.

· Provide leadership during plant audits and contribute to CAPA writing and implementation. · Mentor junior engineers on quality and safety practices.

What you will bring:

These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Process Engineer:

· Extensive experience in process engineering, with a focus on safety and quality.

· Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

· High level of personal safety consciousness and attention to detail.

· Team-oriented and highly self-motivated.

· Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.

· 8-14 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 7-11 years with a master’s degree.

· Experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.
