Position Title: Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the office
Pay: $60-$68/hour depending on experience
Length: Nov 2024 - May 2025
Position Overview:
The Business Analyst will work closely with Home and Community partners to design and implement efficient, flexible processes that select members for outreach initiatives. This role will focus on building and refining applications that support various outreach programs, ensuring legal compliance, meeting financial goals, and aligning with client expectations. Additionally, the Business Analyst will create detailed reporting to track and optimize member outreach and assist with ad-hoc analysis as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Dialer Processes:
- Use SQL Server to create and manage processes that select eligible members based on business rules, loading them into the dialer system.
- Data Analysis for Outreach Optimization:
- Conduct data analyses to refine criteria for member inclusion in outreach programs.
- Internal Reporting and Monitoring:
- Generate reports to help monitor client outreach, assess program performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Support Ad-Hoc Analysis:
- Provide tailored analyses upon request to address specific business needs or to troubleshoot issues.
- Client Request Management:
- Handle intake and fulfill ad-hoc client requests, developing processes and reports as necessary.
- Campaign Development and Tracking:
- Work with the team to develop new capabilities for targeted campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate member outreach.
- Quality Control and Documentation:
- Ensure high quality and consistency in processes, documenting procedures and best practices for future reference.
- Collaborate Across Teams:
- Coordinate with other departments to integrate model outputs into broader organizational processes and track impacts on operational performance.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of data analysis and reporting development experience
- 4+ years of experience with SQL queries and stored procedures in a relational database environment
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and implement complex technology solutions
- Knowledge of statistical tools and methods for data analysis
- Experience with SSIS or equivalent tools to move data between platforms

- Healthcare industry knowledge for a better understanding of the business context and processes
