Description: Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

· Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with organizational goals.

· Oversee workforce planning efforts, ensuring that staffing levels meet the growing operational needs.

· Develop and manage recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant HR-related regulations and internal policies.

· Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in Human Resources management, with a strong focus on HR strategy and operations is required.

· In-depth knowledge of HR regulations, labor laws, and compliance standards.

· Experience in healthcare or Medicaid-related HR operations are preferred.
