Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Direct Hire Salary: $70,000+

Position Summary:

The Production Planner will oversee planning, scheduling, and coordinating product flow through the production cycle, ensuring timely delivery and financial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review open sales orders and determine customer requirements.
• Generate and manage manufacturing work orders via the ERP system.
• Expedite manufacturing builds to meet schedules.
• Prepare production progress and inventory reports.
• Monitor supplier lead times and recommend corrective actions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in metal fabrication or machining manufacturing.
• Proficient in ERP systems (JobBoss experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of production processes and raw materials.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of production planning experience.
• Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
