Salary: $95k-$110k + 7% bonus - full-time, permanent role

We are looking for someone with experience with CNC Maintenance, installation , repair , troubleshooting and a proven record of diagnosing mechanic and electrical system failures + preventative maintenance.
Machines :
- MILL-3 AXES
- HAAS VF-2 / 3 & 5 AXES, HAAS ST-10, DOOSAN PUMA 2600 & 2100SY, DMG MORI
- NLX2500-700,
- OMAX WATERJET, LASER PRINT.
- C. Software (FANUC, SIMENS, MASTERCAM, INTELIMAX).
Qualifications:
- 7 - 15 years of experience in industrial maintenance with at least 2 years in CNC machine maintenance
- Must be able to perform basic shop mathemaIcs (addiIon, subtracIon, mulIplicaIon and division).
- Must be able to correctly measure and record dimensions of equipment and parts.
- Must be able to completely and correctly sketch custom parts and tools.
- Must be able to diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumaIc equipmentmalfuncIons.
- Must be able to use powered and non-powered hand tools.
- Must be able to read and write memos, emails and correspondence.
- Must be able to enter, edit, read and interpret maintenance records and prevenIvemaintenance schedules.
