Responsibilities -
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Provide practical legal advice and support to various business units within the company.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to streamline contract processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws that affect the company's business.
- Over time, take on additional responsibilities which may include corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and other areas as needed.
Qualifications -
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial contract law, preferably within a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial transactions.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Comfortable with ambiguity
Pay range and compensation package - The salary range for this position is $160,000 – $200,000 USD. Fiery considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
