Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with 10+ years of experience in corporate law
• Demonstrated success in managing corporate governance and legal operations within a large organization.
• Experience in both top-tier law firms and in-house legal departments, with a proven ability to build effective client and internal relationships.
• Expertise in navigating complex legal matters, litigation, and risk management.
