Sourcing Manager

Target Start Date: December 2024

Estimated End Date: 5/6/2025

Location: Bellevue, WA 98006 (100% on-site, 5 days per week)

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6am – 3pm, 40 hours per week

Rate: $55 - $60/hr

Candidate Requirements:

• 7+ years relevant experience required
• Retail replenishment experience
• RFx
• Contract Negotiation experience
• ERP planning experience
• Demand/supply or allocation planning - preferably in SAP or 09

What does a typical day look like?

• Making retail replenishment decisions, allocation decisions and supply purchasing decisions
• Analyzing data
• Define commodity and supplier strategies
• Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes
• Track category performance relative to targets, and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers
• Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders and team about strategies, contracts, and project updates.
• Analyze supply market and current supply base
• Build business case
• Build RFx and auction
• Negotiate contract provisions
• Track and report category performance against targets
• On-board suppliers
• Conduct supplier performance reviews
• Monitor contract execution
• Forecast demand
• Identify and recommend future sourcing opportunities
• Provide coaching to junior staff, as needed
