We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our client’s team in Nashville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects . Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead and coordinate teams of subcontractors, vendors, and internal personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations, and adhere to safety standards.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, consistent communication, regularly updating clients and senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Proactively identify project risks and resolve any challenges that arise to minimize delays and maintain quality.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial and industrial construction, specifically on ground-up projects.
• Proven experience managing projects with budgets of $25 million or more.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and budget management.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Expertise in commercial and industrial construction methods, materials, and technologies.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
