A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $45/hr to $50/hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).

Top required technical skills:
Support Level 2 Authorization and Clearing issues for Core Customers.
Supporting the Customer Configuration Management program.
Database Query/SQL Experience
Splunk/Network Log Investigation Experience
Command Line Interface Programming Experience.
What are a couple of desired/nice to have technical skills?
Coding experience would be a bonus.
Basic understanding of the payment lifecycle.
Strong ability to collaborate with neighboring support teams.
Critical thinking, sometimes thinking outside the box, is a must.
Typical work day look like:
The typical day would start by logging into firewalls and ticket systems (Implementation Management Portal and Remedy), Teams, email, and other systems required to the perform the role.
Checking own ticket queue for IMP or Remedy and manage those on priority.
Checking emails and updates to pending work or with checking with neighboring support teams (CTS, Level 3 BizOps teams)
Joining team meetings or SCRUMS to discuss updates and issues.
Joining calls with internal teams to troubleshoot issues.
Overview
• Responsible for customized production configurations for existing and new customers
• Accountable for integrating new products into the global implementation framework
• Provides internal partners with technical expertise on implementation plans and release requirements
• Configures production environments to integrate technical knowledge and functional relationships of all systems, products and services
• Addresses and resolves complex or unusual customer inquiries and issues escalated by more junior resources
• Serves as a subject matter expert on implementation and configuration project activities and provides technical guidance to assist with troubleshooting efforts
• Interprets and translates customer requests into parameter values across Client internal systems to ensure compliance with Client ’s processing standards, specifications and rules
• Contributes to process improvement efforts and initiatives to enhance the customer experience
• Leverages technical expertise to explain technical concepts to senior team members
• Provides training or explanations to extended team, internal Client teams and potentially customers on Client processing, products and services.
• Leads medium-sized projects/initiatives as an individual contributor with knowledge of Client 's products/services and implementation standards
• May act as vertical lead to provide mentorship and guidance for the more junior colleagues within a particular focus area
