Investment & Financial Administrator
Location: Willow Park, Texas (near Weatherford and Aledo)
Part-time/M-F, 9am-3pm

We are looking for a dedicated Investment Administrator to support our team and enhance our operational efficiency.
Job Summary: The Investment Administrator will play a crucial role in managing administrative functions, supporting investment planning processes, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of investment principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to investment planners and management.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and client communications.
Client Interaction:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating communications.
- Assist in client onboarding processes and ensure a seamless experience.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and investment records.
- Support the tracking and reporting of investment performance metrics.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Assist with compliance-related tasks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Help prepare and organize documentation for audits and regulatory filings.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and improve workflow.
Qualifications:
- Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within financial services or investment planning. Financial services and investment services are different than banking services.
- Familiarity with investment products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with financial software or CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
