Plant Human Resources Manager
Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking an experienced Plant Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a 200+ person non-union production facility. This is an onsite position located in a rural area near Elmira, NY. In this role, you’ll mentor employees, foster a positive work culture, and drive organizational growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR functions, including team leadership, mentorship, and career development.
- Champion culture initiatives, succession management, and leadership development.
- Foster employee engagement and morale through effective HR practices.
- Oversee recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt positions, ensuring exceptional talent acquisition.
What You Bring:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field or further development with certifications like PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP.
- Experience in a 24/7 manufacturing setting is a plus.
