Senior Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst in the Ardmore area.

The Senior Operations Analyst is a newly created position in a national company.

The Senior Operations Analyst will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the budget and forecast monthly and annually.
• Performing in-depth analysis of labor and overhead, creating efficiencies company wide.
• Analyzing performance and creating best practices.
• Working with financial and operational KPIs.
• Creating models and performing ad hoc analysis.
• Improving pay for performance (productivity).
• Analyzing Labor inflation and deflation as key components of total labor costs and productive work.
• Participating in presentations with Senior Management.

Skills/ Competencies:

The ideal Senior Operations Analyst will possess these skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of multi-site financial forecasting and strategic analysis experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency and modelling skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage large, complex projects
• Strong communication skills
