LaSalle Network is partnering with an organization seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to join their team in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, employee relations, performance management, training and development and HR compliance.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits enrollment, changes, and claims
• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with data privacy laws

HR Generalist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
