Mastercard Foundation is seeking an experienced and collaborative employment lawyer to join their growing team as Senior Legal Counsel – Employment and Compliance . The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Advising on the full spectrum of employment matters across the Foundation’s operations.
Undertaking reviews and risk assessments.
Supporting on compliance matters.
Potentially being involved in strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience advising management-side clients on a broad range of employment law including agreements, litigation, human rights, privacy, and policy matters. Prior in-house experience and exposure to regulatory corporate and compliance matters will be considered assets.
