  • BLS
  • National Board of Respiratory Care Certification
    Additional Details
  • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration. Attestations not allowed. Needs to be rerun every 2 years with RN license renewal & upon expiration. Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted – must have a valid permanent license.
  • Fit Test: Completed within 1 year of start updated annually.
  • UHS Skills Checklist: Skill specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start.
  • UHS Competency Exam: Must score at least 80%. To be complete within 1 year prior to start.
  • UHS Core Competencies: 80% passing score required, Completed within 1 year prior to start.
  • UHS Submission Packet: Resume to include Education and Work History, 2 Professional References required within the last 2 years, and Job Application to be completed by the candidate.
  • Physical Exam completed within one year of initial start date. Needs to be a Pre-Employment exam statement signed and must state that traveler is able to work without restrictions.
