Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of Plumbing services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost. Evaluates Plumbing service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on to go scope. Monitors the implementation of safety orientations safety indoctrinations and gang box meetings and provides coaching for improvement. Monitors crews for organizational structure sizing crew mix ratios and wage compliance. Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process and develops a staff facilities equipment and tool requirement plan.nnThis is a contingent position based upon contract awardnnWhat You’ll DonnAs a Plumbing Supervisor, you will:nnOversee and manage large plumbing projects.nnDesign plumbing systems and select appropriate materials.nnInspect and test installed systems and pipelines, and resolve any issues found.nnTrain and mentor junior plumbing staff.nnMaintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.nnFacilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.nnOther duties as requirednnQualifications:nnValid master plumber's license.nnBackflow certification preferred.nn5+ years of experience in Plumbing.nnExtensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.nnExcellent project management and leadership skills.nnAbility to solve complex problems.nnHigh School Diploma or GED: Required as a basic educational foundation.nnAttention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.nnAdaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.nnDecision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.nnBackflow Certification preferrednnClearance: Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
