Job Title: Electrical Field Project ManagerJob DescriptionnnWe are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Electrical Field Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will wear multiple hats and be able to act as a Project Manager, Superintendent, and Foreman. This role involves overseeing field operations, assisting crews on-site, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.nnResponsibilitiesnnOversee multiple crews on major projects.nnManage material procurement and requisition needs.nnEstablish workflows and sequences to ensure projects remain on track.nnEnforce safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safety.nnAssist on-site as needed with tasks such as project takeoffs, reviewing prints, completing look ahead schedules, and ordering materials.nnWork with foremen to manage crews and project schedules.nnHandle all aspects of field operations for industrial manufacturing facilities, including food/beverage, ethanol, mining, and more.nnCommunicate daily with foremen regarding issues and progress updates.nnManage project scheduling, instrumentation, conduit runs, and other electrical infrastructure tasks.nnBe the main on-site superintendent with two leads/foremen reporting to you.nnEssential SkillsnnJourneyman or Master Electrician license.nnExperience as a lead foreman or superintendent on at least one project.nnExperience on industrial job sites, including instrumentation, pull schedules, and conduit runs.nnStrong computer skills with Microsoft Suite.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnAbility to manage and oversee crews on major projects.nnProficiency in material procurement and requisition.nnExperience in establishing workflows and maintaining project schedules.nnStrong communication skills for coordinating with foremen and handling daily updates.nnAbility to enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.nnWork EnvironmentnnThis position involves working on various industrial upgrade projects across the country, including on the east coast, south, and Kansas City metro area. The work weeks range from 40-60 hours, and projects can last from 5 weeks to 3 months. The role requires flexibility to travel and work on-site as needed. You will be working with technologies and equipment related to electrical infrastructure and power projects. A vehicle will be provided for site visits.
