Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Coordinator to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the needs of customers and clients
- Handle incoming service requests via phone or email, which would result in a work order to be scheduled and dispatched to proper personnel
- Order and track parts for service requests
- Proactively follow up with customers after completion of service to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Provide updates within service system
- Ensuring all work orders are completed and invoiced timely
Basic Qualifications: - High school diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
Salary Base: $25/HR
