This is a newly created role on a temp-to-hire basis.nnJob Summary:nnThe HRIS Coordinator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures data integrity, provides system support, and generates reports to assist in strategic decision-making.nnKey Responsibilities:nnAdminister and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.nServe as the primary contact for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving system problems.nPerform regular system audits and recommend enhancements to improve functionality.nGenerate and distribute standard and ad hoc reports to meet organizational needs.nAssist with the implementation of new HRIS modules or system upgrades.nProvide training and support to HR staff and other system users.nCollaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems.nMaintain documentation for HRIS processes and procedures.nEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.nnQualifications:nnBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.n2+ years of experience working with HRIS, preferably in a similar role.nProficiency in HRIS software, preferably SAP SuccessFactorsnStrong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.nnPreferred Qualifications:nnExperience with HR data analysis and reporting.nCertification in HRIS or related field.nKnowledge of HR processes and best practices.nnBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
