Job Overview: Beacon Hill is seeking a dynamic and fun Part-Time HR Generalist to join our client's team and support their employees. This position offers a flexible schedule, with the majority of the team in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, providing a great opportunity to engage with colleagues in person. Key Responsibilities: - Manage benefits processes, including open enrollment and occasional leave of absence (LOA) administration. - Assist in recruitment efforts, from job postings to candidate interviews, ensuring we attract top talent. - Collaborate with payroll staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing. - Foster a positive workplace culture by engaging with employees, participating in team activities, and maintaining an open-door policy. - Provide support in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role. - Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including open enrollment and LOA processes. - Familiarity with recruitment processes and payroll coordination. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility in schedule with the ability to work 2 days per week in the office.
