We are seeking Consumer Care Representatives for one of our many valued clients in Stevens Point. Will be is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, office staff, and agents/brokers. These roles involve promptly and professionally responding to inquiries, processing payment information, and managing correspondence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from policyholders, office staff, and agents/brokers via telephone, email, web chat, and mail within established service level agreements.
- Process payment information updates and complete payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage correspondence, including research and documentation of resolutions, to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Actively participate in team meetings to share knowledge, address issues, and improve processes.
Hours for these positions are Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm with the opportunity for earlier shifts as they become available. Pay is $20/hour with a comprehensive benefit package offered by our client.
