If so, this job could be for you!nnThe Maintenance Technician skilled requirements within the apartment community:nnHVAC: repairs, cleans, replaces, etc.nnPlumbing: repairs, replace parts, installation (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.)nnCarpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.nnPainting: drywall/plaster repairs, paintingnnElectrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, lamps, etc.nnMachinery: repair and maintain chillers, belts, pumps, fans, etc.nnOther duties as assignednnMost importantly is the ability to provide exceptional customer servicennRequirements:nnThe Maintenance Technician required and preferred qualifications within the apartment community:nn1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.nnThis position requires a High School Diploma/GED. 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position.nnPreferred certifications for this position include: HVAC (depending on property), Electrical, or Plumbing.nnThis position may require a valid driver’s license depending on the needs of the property.nnRequired skills: self-motivated, team-player, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability.nnGreat Incentives!nnBrookfield Properties cares about the well-being and work-life balance of our valued associates!
