The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within the Steel Manufacturing Industry handling Purchasing, Hiring, Inventory Management, Equipment Management, Safety, Production, Shipping/Logistics, as well as CRM accounting systems experience. Job Details

Position requirements:

• Steel Manufacturing/Industrial experience
• Adaptable mindset. Not looking to come in and change everything right away.
• Ability to work with different personalities with ease!
• Purchasing Experience (Parts & Inventory)
• Production experience (scheduling, oversee manufacturing & quality control)
• Shipping & Logistics experience (oversee shipping & receiving)
• Equipment Management experience (maintaining equipment, facilities management, scheduling maintenance on equipment)
• Safety experience (accident reports, facilitate workshops, etc.)
• Previous experience Hiring and managing personnel
