Hello All,

We are Nzeba Table a small woman owned bakery/food stand/caterer based in Upper Marlboro. We literally just started for real this year 2024, but this vision has been coming for 7 years now. We formally run a stand at Croom Community Market in Upper Marlboro and we also book events for bulk orders and our concept is a by the order business where we are trying to expand into stores or build business to do delivery and shipping.

The owner and leader is Rosette, she is a trained chef and certified Food Manager in PG County, who worked for Sodexo as a chef and account general manager. She needs help as her vision grows and we have a big event coming early December we can use an experienced hand for. Nzeba Table is a family affair run by Rosette out of her home and has help from immediate family

We Want:

-Someone with a few years of production or professional environment baking and cooking.

-Someone looking for part time easy money that can come in and help right away.

-Able to work in a small commercial kitchen environment and also in a home setting.

-Someone who does not have to commute more than 30 minutes to get to Upper Marlboro or Capitol Heights Maryland

-Someone who holds quality, respect, and efficiency in high regard and wants to be a positive impact player

-Ideally someone with knowledge on puff pastry production, Caribbean style food, soup production or general knowledge of those topics

-Able to clean

We offer: 15-20 Hours a month @ $18 an Hour and as business grows we can re-evaluate terms. Workers Comp compliant.
