Title of Position: Sous Chef
Job Description: The Sous Chef will assist the executive chef with all menu changes and updates. The person in this position must have the ability to lead and direct the staff in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This person must write daily prep lists and completing daily ordering, showing a very strong understanding of our product sales and their effect on pars the Sous Chef must be well rounded, can work with people at all levels and be articulate this position reports to the Executive Chef.

Qualifications:
- The Sous Chef must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Sous Chef
- Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work culture is a requirement of the Sous Chef
- Strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, and budgeting is a necessity for the Sous Chef
