Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front of House Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Experience in managing financials and restaurant operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Masters of craft beers, wines, and cocktails
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings

- Oversee and ensure efficient restaurant operation in Newtown Square, PA
- Strive to uplift the customer experience, from the first greeting to the final goodbyes
- Be responsible for hiring, training and managing restaurant staff
- Maintain a welcome, engaging, and high-performing dining environment
- Handle customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Balance staffing levels and labor costs to achieve a profitable return
- Implement policies and protocols that will ensure compliance with food safety practices
- Collaborate and work closely with the head chef to create special menus for events
