We have a client in Plano with an opening for a Call Center Representative!
This position is 100% onsite.
Compensation: $18hr
Remote/On-site: 100% on site
Duties:
- Make outbound calls to insurance agents and/or carriers to obtain insurance renewals or mortgage update
- Receive inbound calls from insurance agents typically returning a call initiated by the call center representative
- Initiate outbound client/insurance agent calls to request document updates with professionalism
- Document all call information and update records based on interactions
- Forwards all written communication received from insurance agents to the Analysts for review daily
- Ability to work shifts within our business hours, which are 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a mail handling environment, professional call center or client support role
- Basic computer skills including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Demonstrated ability to give close attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly through verbal and written communication, using proper spelling and grammar
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Experience and ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based and metric-driven call center environment
