If you have an upbeat personality and love assisting others, this is the job for you.Our Customer Service Representative will support our Service Managers, Dispatchers, and Trades people.
Compensation : $18.00
Location : Lorton, VA
Schedule :M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm Full-Time
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist with Account Receivables
- Help conduct scheduling
- Take inbound and outbound calls
- Utilize Customer intake processes
- Participate in suggestive sales
- Assist with dispatch
The ideal candidates will have: - 2-4 years of Customer Service experience in the trades or similar service industry experience.
