On a day-to-day basis, this person will:
- Receive a customer request for a broken part on their machine
- Work within an ERP system and Salesforce to check pricing, inventory, and location of the part needed
- Give the customer a quote
- Get the order from the customer and enter it in the system
- Keep the customer informed on the part's delivery date

- Hands-on experience
- Logistics background
- Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree
Must Haves:
- 1-5 years of order entry experience in ERP systems
- 1-5 years of customer service experience
- Background in parts ordering in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Read and understand drawings and schematics
- CRM experience
- Microsoft Suite
- Salesforce
