Job Description

This role is responsible for creating and implementing a risk-based coverage plan to oversee the global renewable energy portfolio within the large corporate credit portfolios. Key duties include acting as a subject matter expert in Credit Review, developing and executing a risk-based plan to monitor and examine the portfolio, and performing and reviewing transactional testing of credit process execution controls for new and existing clients.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the global renewable energy loan portfolio, oversee the execution of Credit Review's coverage plan, and participate in examination activities.
  • Conduct transactional testing of credit process execution for new and existing clients, providing direct and timely feedback on reviews performed by others.
  • Provide regulatory updates on results and respond to inquiries.
  • Document findings through quarterly reports, including assessing and rating the effectiveness of credit controls, direction of controls, and credit riskiness for specific portfolios.
  • Assess and advise on the impact of industry-level, geopolitical, and economic trends on credit portfolios.
  • Manage issues, including approving issue severity ratings, action plans, ongoing issue status tracking, and overseeing issue validation.

Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in commercial credit (credit review, direct lending, workout, risk management, and/or regulatory).
  • Experience in project finance and/or renewable energy.
  • Ability to support conclusions with fact-based analysis and influence senior leaders.
  • Excellent skills in credit analysis, project management, and leadership.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks while delivering high-quality results.

Job Offer

$150,000 to $200,000 on the base.
