Medical Assistant Multiple clinic settings: Cardio, General, Family Practice, etc.
Job Description: - Conduct patient interviews and document responses in medical records according to standards.
- Observe, record, and report patient responses to medications and treatments to providers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas, including examination rooms and equipment.
- Arrange for patient referral testing at other facilities or specialty care.
- Perform vitals, rooming, charting, and lab draws.
Skills & Qualifications: - High School Diploma required.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant training program.
- Six months of experience in a physician's office, clinic, or healthcare setting preferred.
- CMA (Certified or Registered Medical Assistant) and BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Work Environment: - Multiple clinic settings in Maryville, MO (Cardio, General, Family Practice, etc.).
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
Compensation: - Pay: $16 - $22 per hour.
- Sign-on Bonus: $2,500.
