Job Title: Order Entry Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Order Entry Coordinator to act as the liaison between customers, suppliers, engineers, and outside sales. The role involves ordering necessary parts for customers' pumps, monitoring email inboxes, diagnosing issues, collaborating with internal teams for solutions, quoting, sending purchase orders, and ensuring resolutions are successful. Although email is the primary mode of communication, there will be instances requiring phone interactions to troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities - Monitor email inbox and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with diagnosing part issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions.
- Order necessary parts for customers.
- Prepare quotes and send purchase orders for orders.
- Ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Communicate primarily via email, with occasional phone troubleshooting.
Essential Skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand and diagnose issues.
- Strong soft skills and good listening abilities.
- Proven troubleshooting capabilities.
