We are looking for a Parts Delivery Driver who takes pride in their work and enjoys meeting the needs of Schwieters' customers. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of parts while also providing a high level of customer service by communicating problems or special requests from customers to the Parts Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Drives delivery vehicle to transport parts to commercial customers, including the loading and unloading of parts
• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
• Set up delivery route in a logical and sequential order based on the day's deliveries
• Verify orders and deliveries using a hand-held scanner to track orders
• Stock shelves with in coming parts
• Maintain all necessary documents, such as daily trip sheets, driver log-book, driver return slips, mileage log, etc.
• Project professional and personable image to maintain good customer relationships
• Drive safely and defensively, adhering to all company safety standards
• Assist the parts department with various duties in-between deliveries
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all work areas, parts stocking and storage areas
• Other duties as required by management

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Proficient computer and GPS skills
• Good organizational and time management skills are required
• Must possess excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Presentable and professional appearing at all times is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
