Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor

Location: On site in Phoenix, AZ, Monday - Friday normal business hours

Compensation: $22-24/hr

Overview:

Insight Global is looking to hire a Mortgage Loan Processor in Phoenix, AZ. This role is onsite Monday- Friday. This role acts as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Duties include: - Perform routine data entry and validation tasks - Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) - Review and validate loan documents - Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses - Monitor work queues and intervening as needed

Duties:

- Coordinate with various parties involved in the mortgage process to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans.

- Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

- Prepare closing disclosures and settlement statements.

- Verify all required documentation is in place

Experience:

2 years of experience in mortgage processing or operations

General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
