We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to cover weekend evaluations, cover PTO/vacation days, and over-flow of PT needs throughout the week. Our experienced therapists work closely with patients and their caregivers to build customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual’s needs. _Our skilled nursing facility in Cambridge, OH is located conveniently by I-77._ Responsibilities: - Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans - Provide direct patient care - Document patient progress accurately and timely. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises. Requirements: - State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist - Experience in Net Health documentation platform is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
