As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will help develop and execute strategies that fuel business results and growth, drive relevance, and create more meaningful engagement with our customers. You will collaborate with partners to understand business & customer needs, translating these requirements into innovative marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment of campaigns, and analyzing performance for optimization. You will play a key role in defining the interpretation of the Best Buy brand within key seasonal moments. You are a strategist with strong leadership skills, a talent for campaign and project management, analyzing campaign performance data, collaborating effectively with stakeholders, and presenting clear ideas, while building leadership experience. This position will report to the Seasonal Marketing Strategy Manager. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. What you’ll do Develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer relevance. Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives accordingly. Manage relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into strategies Foster relationships and collaborate with partners to ensure seamless campaign execution. Work cross-functionally to refine strategies based on performance data. Create seasonally-relevant strategies in support of Best Buy's greater inspiration and discovery efforts Partner with Creative, Media, eCommerce and Store Design teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across channels. Basic qualifications 5 years of experience working in marketing, strategy, advertising, communications, or merchandising 2 years of experience managing or leading campaigns from strategy through execution 2 years of experience working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders Robust knowledge of integrated marketing strategy development Strong collaboration, presentation, and communication skills Preferred qualifications Major retailer, creative agency, or brand strategy experience Experience leveraging data and insights to drive a strategy Ability to navigate ambiguity Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field What’s in it for you We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
