Job Description
  • Primary Worksite Name: Cass Lake Indian Health Services
  • Primary Worksite City: Cass Lake
  • Primary Worksite State: Minnesota
  • Worksite Type: Government, Indian Health Services
  • Start Date: Sept 1st 2024
  • Work Schedule: Mon- Sun Week on Week off 7a-7pm or two on two off or just 7 days a month
  • Staff Information: 2-3 ER Physicians on at a time
  • Census - 6-8 patients
  • Requirements to apply: U.S. Citizenship; Can take permanent residents on as needed basis
  • Pay Information: $500k a year for 1099 $230-$250 an hour
  • Credentialing time : 6-8 weeks
  • Privileging Details: Fingerprints/background check is required
  • Board Certification Requirements: BE/BC ABEM, BE/BC ABIM with 2 years ER experience, BE/BC ABFM with 2 years of ER experience
  • EMR: RPMS
  • License State: Any State License Works
