Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree
• Board Certified family practice, internal medicine or emergency medicine physician
• Active and unrestricted medical license in New York
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in post-acute care a plus

Expected compensation is estimated range of $35,000 to $48,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
