We are currently looking for a Chef de Cuisine, to lead our team. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of our restaurant and working hand in hand with our award winning Executive Chef Colin McClimans. Menu development, staff training, hiring, ordering are all major responsibilities for the Chef de Cuisine while keeping the highest standards.
We believe in sourcing the best ingredients in the area from local farms. The Chef De Cuisine will work closely with our family of farmers and be exposed to the best produce, meat, and fish in the area.
