TH Daniels is working with a leading player in the Corrugated Packaging industry for a Plant Manager.

The role will lead a lead the day-to-day operations & deliver all short & long term strategy for a multi $MM facility.

To Be Considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

• Located in Chicago.
• Proven track record within the corrugated manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years of P&L experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience overseeing major capital projects.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Lead entire operation of plant including shipping & receiving, safety, quality, manufacturing, maintenance, customer service, sales, HR, and finance.
• Develops and implements plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and manage all capital projects for the facility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers of the business unit.
