Our client seeks an energetic, skilled individual to join the Drug Product Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in analyzing and characterizing biological drug products (proteins, polysaccharide conjugates, vaccines) using HPLC, CE, spectrophotometry, light scattering, and particle sizing techniques. Experience with vaccine and adjuvant formulations is a plus.

Requirements :

• Preferred qualifications include an MSc in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Biophysics, or Biochemistry with 10+ years of industry experience, or a PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• The candidate should have strong experience in characterizing biological drug products, especially protein, polysaccharide, or protein conjugate formulations. Vaccine systems with adjuvants experience is a plus. GxP testing experience, either directly or through CMOs, is required.
• Proficiency in developing methods for HPLC (SEC, RP, AEX, HPAEC-PAD), particle light scattering (DLS, MALS), subvisible particle analysis (MFI, Laser Diffraction), and visible analysis is essential. Experience in writing technical documents, method transfers, and validation reports is required.
• The candidate should demonstrate scientific leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to present complex data and design follow-up experiments. Managerial experience is beneficial.
• Flexibility, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and projects.
