Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Adoption Change Manager:

• Drive change management activities for the upgrade of our client's environment from EV5 to EV6
• Develop and document user procedures for both new and existing functionality
• Ensure users are equipped to adopt the system effectively
• Support adoption during pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases

Required Skills for Adoption Change Manager:

• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM)/Adoption Change Management (ACM) experience, preferably in tech upgrades or system migrations
• Expertise in developing end-user documentation, training materials, and communications for technical projects (using Microsoft products)
• Experience with ADP, version EV5 and EV6
• Change Management Expertise: Prosci and/or ACMP certified
