What your future day will look like:
- Lead the quality team conducting product inspections/testing ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Train quality control associates on proper production quality standards
- Work to maintain a high level customer service by investigating/resolving product quality issues
- Analyze/document data and product specifications to determine/maintain quality standards
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis investigations to resolve and prevent quality issues
- Provide support for company and customer audits.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of manufacturing quality control experience
- Prior manufacturing quality leadership experience
- Experience with Kaizen, Lean practices and conducting Root Cause Analysis investigations
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
